Man tries to throw a slipper at Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi

A young man on Monday tried to throw a slipper at Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi.
The incident took place while Manjhi was attending a Janata Durbar in Patna.
The man was caught by the policemen at the spot.

 

 

Police identified him as Amitosh, a resident of Chapra district.
Police said they became suspicious of the man as he came near the chief minister. The policemen tried to pull him away but he somehow managed to throw his slipper in the direction of the chief minister.

The incident comes a day after an engineering student slapped Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banejree at a rally in West Bengal and was severely beaten up by the crowd.
