Rajinikanth's family watches 'Lingaa' in a theater amidst his fans

Mumbai: It’s a rare sight to watch the entire family of a renowned celebrity watching a film amidst fans. A theater in Chennai saw the entire family of Rajinikanth watching 'Lingaa' with his fans.The film has a massive opening and the highest number of screens for any superstar to have his films release in so many screens.
When asked Soundarya about it she said, "12th Dec was  a very special day, my fathers birthday and also marked his return on the big screen in live action after a long time, I am ecstatic and proud at the same time as have been part of the film Lingaa during the release time. The overwhelming response we received in the morning (on the day of the release) is something I cannot express in words, my mother, sister , brother in law and I caught the afternoon show today and it was amazing to watch the film in a cinema hall with dads fans after a long time. Thank you to everyone who made this possible, and have been a part of this journey with us!"
